The Challenge
IndusTech was making procurement and logistics decisions based on data that was days old. Inventory discrepancies were common, stockouts were causing production delays, and the team had no easy way to spot bottlenecks before they became costly problems.
The Solution
We built a live dashboard that pulls data from their warehouse, supplier feeds, and logistics partners into a single view. The team can now see inventory levels, incoming shipments, and delivery status in real time — and get alerts when something needs attention before it disrupts operations.
