The Challenge
WorldVista Tours was handling most of their bookings by phone and email. The process was slow, prone to double-bookings, and gave the company no data on customer preferences. A growing number of travellers were booking with competitors who offered an online experience.
The Solution
We built a platform where customers can browse destinations with rich media previews, build custom itineraries, and book packages directly online. A recommendation engine surfaces relevant trips based on what the customer has viewed or booked before, reducing the time from browsing to booking.
