The Challenge

Global Enterprises was managing employee records across regional offices using a mix of spreadsheets and email threads. Payroll calculations were done manually, leave requests were handled inconsistently, and HR had no central view of workforce data — leading to errors, compliance risks, and frustrated employees.

The Solution

We built a centralised HR portal that handles the full employee lifecycle. Payroll runs automatically at the end of each period, employees submit and track leave requests themselves, and managers get a real-time view of their team's status.
